30-Day Trial
All our products come with a 30-day trial period, starting from the day you receive your package.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund.
Return Policy for Customer Remorse:
Customers have 30 days from receipt of their order to return products if they change their mind.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Soiled, damaged, broken, or stained items are not eligible for return.
- The return address will be communicated to you via email after contacting us.
- The package must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
Returns for defective, incorrect, or faulty products
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will of course replace it free of charge.

Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Process:
- Contact us at support@elycare.shop
- Review and approval after receipt and inspection of the return
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we're happy to help you resolve the issue.
Although ElyCare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we can help you with any information you may need:
- Tracking number
- Delivery date
- Shipping provider

Items excluded from exchange and return
- Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Opened or used hygiene products (such as pain relief patches) are excluded from return for hygiene and safety reasons
