Is ElyCare available in stores?

ElyCare is only available on www.elycare.shop.

While we're based online, we offer a 30-day trial, so youhave plenty of time to try your garments in the comfort of your home.

How do I care for mygear?

Follow our washing instructions to keep yourself out of a stinky situation:

Many braces on the market are made of neoprene - a synthetic material used to make wetsuits - or similar materials. Neoprene doesn't "breathe" and traps sweat, which leads to unpleasant smells and breeding grounds for bacteria.

ElyCare products are different because they're made of high-quality knitted material. Knitted braces are more durable, moisture-wicking, and can be easily washed in a negular washing machine.

  • Machine or hand wash cold
  • Mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron
  • Do not use softeners
  • Do not dry clean

**If your product has a velcro strap (like the Knee Sleeve), please make sure that you do not attach it to the knit, but on the same type of material - (Closure on closure, Strap on Strap)

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day.

Free Shipping will be automatically applied for all orders.

Fast shipping - Orders arrive within 6-9 business days depending on your
location. As a thank you for choosing ElyCare, enjoy free express shipping!

We do not ship orders on Sundays. You will receive a tracking code sent to you by email immediately when your parcel has been sent out.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by DHL, FEDEX, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control oor be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).

What is the 30-day trial?

Confident in our quality, all ElyCare products come with a 30-day trial. The trial starts upon you receiving your package. If you are unhappy with your purchase, email us at support@elycare.shop, and we will arrange your full refund.

  • All claims made after the 30 days trial are no longer eligible for refunds or exchange.
  • To qualify for the refund, items must be in the same condition that you receive it in.
  • Please note that items that are damaged will not be eligible for refunds.

How to get the right measurement?

Products that work with compressions, such as our supports and sleeves, need to fit your body like a second skin to ensure that they provide you with optimal protection and recovery.

You will need:
• a measuring tape
• a second person can be helpful as well.

You can find the size guides on the product details page.
If in between sizes, choose the bigger size.

How do I apply for a refund or exchange?

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us at support@elycare.shop 30 days upon receiving your item. We will only accept exchange for items that are defected or damaged upon arrival.
*This does not include items that are dirty, broken, damaged or sttained after being used.

After contact, please send us your unwanted item. Upon receipt oof the article, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, wewill refund the full purchase price of your item.
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
This policy does not cover orders with the wrong shipping address.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at support@elycare.shop within 24 hours of making your purchase.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours have passed.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you have put the wrong shipping address, please contact us at support@elycare.shop as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped out or delivered to thee wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your order again.

We do not offer refunds to orders shipped to the wrong address.

My package went missing. What should I do?

ElyCare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are already confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided.

Contact us at support@elycare.shop to receive a confirmation on date delivery,
tracking information, and shipping carrier information for customers to investigate.
